- Generate groups Users can easily import student information using Dropbox: Importing Students with Dropbox After linking and logging into Dropbox, a sample folder containing a class list will be automatically placed in the Apps folder of your Dropbox account. This template allows you to organize your student data on a computer and then import it into Pikme. Alternatively, you can create your own ".csv" file as follows: The data should be stored in your Dropbox under Apps/Pikme. In the Pikme folder, you need a .csv file for student details, along with a separate photos folder. The photos folder and the .csv file must share the same name. You can create a .csv file using MS Excel, adhering to the provided format. Student photos should be .jpg or .png files named to match the student IDs exactly. You can import student data from Dropbox by utilizing the Edit function on Pikme Once imported, the app will store the data locally on the phone.
